Dear Friends and Partners
I hope you all have had a wonderful Christmas and a good start to the New Year.
Over these past few months, I have been reading and studying the Song of Songs. Over this time the Lord has been taking me deep into an experience of love and communion with Him like I have never tasted before.
There is so much I could say… If you would like to fall in love with Jesus all over again and for Him to take you on a voyage of discovery then I would like to recommend this book. The Sacred Journey (The Passion Translation) By Brian Simmons
Check out this book on the iBook Store: https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewBook?id=1048388539
Hers is a taste from chapter 6:5 and his comments.
“Turn your eyes from me; I can’t take it anymore!
I can’t resist the passion of these eyes that I adore.
Overpowered by a glance, my ravished heart—undone.
Held captive by your love, I am truly overcome!
For your undying devotion to me is the most yielded sacrifice”
“How can it be that Jesus sees His bride with such compassion? We are lovely in His sight. When we pursue Him in the midst of our pain with loyal love, His heart is moved beyond description. He tells the worshiping bride to stop gazing at Him: “I can’t take it anymore!” Beloved, when your eyes of faith are fixed on Him, do you know what that does to Jesus? Your look of love overwhelms His heart. Your eyes of faith prevail over the Son of God. This is why He says, “Turn your eyes from me, I can’t take it anymore! I can’t resist the passion of the eyes that I adore.”
“What is so ravishing about the sight of this bride that it overwhelms God the Son? What would He see in us that would make Him say, “I am truly overcome”? It is the sight of holiness and purity that has prepared us to rule now with Him, to sit where He dwells as His regal partner. The beauty of His glory is streaming from the inner being of His partner bride, and it conquers His heart. It is time for you to see yourself as a ravishing sight of beauty and virtue in His eyes.
My prayers for you in the year to come is that Jesus will become so much more to you than he is right now.
Happy New Year.
2016 ended with our annual partners day at Zion Christian Centre. It was really great to catch up with some of you and hear what God has been doing in and through you over the past twelve months.
The Artist is Oliver Pengilley I would recommend him to you if you want to find out a bit more about Olly click on the link.
We had the privilege of having Apostle Ken & Lois Gott with us for the whole day. Ken spoke of prayer and the God of the overflow which was great to hear and which opened itself up to an amazing ministry Time. As many individuals came forward, the God of the overflow poured more and more of Himself into their lives. Some of the testimonies from the day have really blessed and encouraged us as a ministry.
2017 – The year of the Breakthrough
As like most years, the Spirit of the Lord speaks in a broad-manor about what He wants to do within His Church and what we can expect from Him in the months ahead. One of those words is 2017 is the Year of Significant Breakthrough in all areas of life, With the angle of breakthrough being dispatched from heaven.
At the end of last year Leon my pastor said a phrase which I can’t get out of my head
“You need to be the You God has called You to be”
That statement makes you ask a question? What has God called you / Called me to do! Why don’t you ask the Lord that question and let him lead you into your tomorrows?
There is an expectancy within my heart for the year ahead as we follow His leading and seek Him for that breakthrough into this new season which I have been sensing it’s been coming every since we were in Kenya in Oct 2015.
While I was there I encounter the Lord in an incredible way. The Holy Spirit wake me very early in the morning about 2 am and He told me to kneel on the crusade ground. As I knelt on the ground I began to weep and sob uncontrollably before the Lord, I felt raindrops running down my back (even though there wasn’t a cloud in the sky) and I felt the Lord say there a re-commissioning of the Call of the Evangelist with a fresh mantle of authority and power to walk and minister in the realm of the Spirit.
Over these past 12 months, I have received so many prophetic words from people all over the world. All speaking about my call, the anointing and my relationship with Holy Spirit and Jesus.
As many of you would know for the past 6 years I have had a full-time Job 3 years as the chef at Windsor High School and for the last 3 years the Chef at Willowdene Farm. If you were at the partner’s day you would remember me beginning to talk about this whole area.
What we believe the Lord is asking is for me to reduce my time working at the farm from 5 days a week to 4 days a week.
There is so much, which we could get involved in and over these past months we have seen people respond to the call of salvation, we have seen bodies healed and individuals set free.
People have and always will be our first priority and so this day we want to give over to reaching the needs of individuals within our local community. So His kingdom can be established, Gods power can be released and so individuals can encounter His Glory.
It’s time to come aside
By the time you are reading this I will be on a five-day silent retreat at St Beuno’s, which is a Jesuit Spiritual Centre in north wales. We don’t here much these days on spiritual disciplines, but I am convinced that we must go through seasons of more focus prayer, times of fasting and even times of silence – which if anyone really knows me is such a long cry away from my normal spiritual routine. Please pray for me that I would know the Lords leading and direction for the year ahead.
Prayer and the Prophetic
In December last year, I enrolled on the pastoring in the prophetic, which is being hosted at Elim HQ in Malvern, which is taking place over two overnights residential spread over the next six months. There was between 30 & 40 of us attending. It’s amazing how, when like minded men and woman get together the Holy Spirit releases fresh revelation and that it’s so easily to flow in that area of ministry. It’s always an honour to be able to speak the “now” word into someone life and to see God ministering deep within their soul.
From January until May I will be driving down to London, on two Thursday evening a month to attend The Prayer and Prophetic school hosted by Rev Betty King.
The men and women who are speaking are some of Gods living generals.
It’s a long day leaving home at 6:30 going to the Farm and then driving to London in the evening getting home past midnight and then up early the next morning to go back to work, but it’s so worth it.
I believe that the Lord is calling me deeper into the area of prayer and spiritual intercession with some amazing times of spiritual encounters taking place. I am convinced that as I give more time to prayer, my relationship with Jesus and the Holy Spirit will increase and His presence will also increase in the meeting in which I am involved. Pastor Ian Christensen said last week while ministering at the school, this amazing truth.” Much prayer – Much Power, Little Prayer – Little Power, No Prayer – No Power”.
We Need Your Help and Support
We are in talks with a couple of smaller churches which would love us to get involved with them on a regular basis but just can’t afford us to come. We believe that’s it’s a kingdom principle to sow seeds and expect a harvest and so were asking these churches to sow what they can, even if it’s not much. As our partners would you please prayerfully consider sowing into this new adventure for us, reducing our time at the farm to give to the ministry as well as in helping with financial support to enable use to help these smaller churches.
There is a donate button which will enable you so sow into this new and exciting venture at the top of the page or just click this link. And we would like to send you a gift to say thank you for your support.
We always love to hear what the Lord is doing with you at this time and how we can stand with you in Prayer. If you would like us to prayer for you please do get in touch and so together we can believe God for your Breakthrough.
Thank you all your prayers and support over these past months, I am so aware what we are only really able to do what we do because of your continued prayer and financial giving
